1984-2023

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our son Stephen James Growden Jr.

He passed away in Mt. Vernon, Washington on May 11, 2023. He was 38 years young.

The firstborn child to Stephenie Aaron Falls and Stephen James Growden Sr. on June 15, 1984.

Stephen is survived by his parents, sisters, Stacey Growden Bailey, Brijaye’ Growden, Sidrah and Sadia Khan and stepbrothers Christian, Nicholas and Ben Falls. Grandmother Charlotte Growden Schulke. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and endless friends.

Stephen was a light to be reckoned with, he could light up any room with his beautiful smile and make anyone laugh with his contagious goofy laugh. A natural artist in countless ways, always full of energy and love and a true joy to be around. Stephen will be deeply missed but never forgotten and forever in our hearts.

A remembrance service will be held at the Lake Front in New Orleans, La. on June 15 at 6 p.m., on what would have been his 39th birthday.
