Beloved mother, grandmother, auntie, and friend Margaret Dunlop Southall née Mossie passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2022, exactly ten years after the passing of her husband Andrew Southall. Margaret was ninety-four years old when she left this world to reunite with her husband Andy. Although she was born in Canada, her upbringing in Ayr, Scotland gave her a delightful Scottish accent and cheeky Scottish wit that tickled all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Margaret spent many years living in Friday Harbor and was fortunate to have many friends on the island.

Margaret loved kitty cats, chocolate cake, British murder mysteries, and collecting thrift store treasures. She is survived by her son Kevin and his wife Anneliese, her granddaughter Deidra and her husband Thuan, and her sister-in-law Barbara and her children Catherine, Moira, Iain, and Neil and their children.
