Judith Gay Drury Alhadeff

Judy was born in Seattle, Washington to Elizabeth Healy and James Drury. Her early years were in Seattle and on Whidbey Island, where she graduated from Langley High School.

She worked as manager of Senator Warren G. Magnuson’s Seattle office, a source of new friendships and connections and insights.

Judy was always an active and enthusiastic participant in life. Travel was a passion. She made multiple trips to Africa and rode horses in Argentina. She and her travel pals leapt at every chance to explore all parts of the world. At home, she golfed, gardened, met with her many friends and loved hiking with her dogs.

Judy and husband Jerry enjoyed 50 wonderful, friend-filled years together at their homes on San Juan Island, Wash. and in La Quinta, Calif.

She is survived by loving family: Her husband Jerry, daughters Kathy Gregory and Debbie Warren, Jerry’s daughter, Dina Alhadeff (Jay Long), her grandchildren Dexter Warren, Allegra Long, Isaac Long and brothers Bob Drury (Dorothy) and Tom Drury (Donna).
