William Michael Thomas Zersen was born March 30 in Anacortes. He is the second child of Todd and Jael Zersen. He was born at 11:16 a.m. at their home. He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20.1 inches long. The birth was attended by Midwife Cynthia Jaffee of Green Bank Birth Center and her assistant Diana Miller, also attending was the sister of Todd, Bridgetta Malquist and cousin KellyAnn Atterberry of Bloom Apothecary.

William is the grandson of Tom and Sarah Finney of San Juan Island and the grandson of Bill and Judie Zersen of Bellingham.
