Citizens are advised of a temporary closure of roads feeding into the traffic circle at the intersection of Argyle Avenue and Spring Street on Friday, Dec. 1, to allow for the holiday tree lighting in front of Wells Fargo Bank. The area will be closed to all vehicle traffic from approximately 5 to 7 p.m.
