An exciting opportunity on the San Juans is coming to Friday Harbor for students with IEPs, 504 plans, and documented disabilities.

ANEW, a Construction Boot Camp sponsored by the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation is being offered in Friday Harbor from July 22 to July 26. Registration is open to students from all the islands, 14 to 21 years old. The deadline to register is July 8.

As a testament to their commitment and belief in the potential of these students, a $400 stipend is available for those who attend and complete the week. This is not just an opportunity for learning and growth, but also a chance to earn and be recognized for their efforts.
