All downtown Friday Harbor parking stalls will be repainted this Thursday and Friday night, Aug. 29 and 30. Citizens are asked to avoid parking in the area both evenings from midnight to 7 a.m. Areas will be coned off, but drivers and pedestrians should be aware of the potential for encountering wet paint.
