The National Weather Service issued a High Wind Warning from Sunday, 3 p.m., until Monday, 5 a.m., in the San Juan Islands, with strongest winds expected between 7 p.m. and midnight.
The forecast calls for southerly winds from 25-40 mph, with gusts to 65 mph.
