Spring is in the air and with it comes the start of the weekly Farmer’s Market at Brickworks.
“There will be fresh greens, produce, pastries and art.” said Todd Gardner, Farmers Market Association treasurer. “It will be very well attended by vendors.”
The market runs every Saturday beginning April 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the outdoor pavillion at Brickworks.
Featuring all local vendors, the market showcases everything from island grown produce, fruits, flowers, herbs, goat cheese, eggs, tomatoes, jams and jellies, baked goods, sushi, sausages, sustainably harvested tuna, shellfish, grass-fed meats, and much more. New this season: mushrooms!
