David Ernest Daum was born July 31, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pa., and passed away on Nov. 1, 2008 at the age of 69.

Dave was a long-time resident of San Juan Island, enjoying his retirement in the sun here and in San Jose, Cabo San Lucas.

Dave is survived by his daughter, Anjeanette Daum Yglesias; son, Matthew Daum; loving wife of 36 years, Marilyn Nadeau; and grandchildren, Isabella Ruth Yglesias, Joseph David Yglesias and Nathaniel James Yglesias.
