Amy Lear Feb. 3, 1955 – Mar 7, 2016 Amy’s soul is alive and well…and will forever be. She now resides in the hearts of her life partner, Bo Turnage, her daughter Kate Fenley, and her sister Diane Lear Vargonick. She travels the universe, as she did here on earth, spreading love and peace and finding beauty in everything. Everyone who knew her…her dear friends and her treasured animals…were changed by her quirky uniqueness in an unforgettably positive and cherished way. She had roots in Edison New Jersey (her accent came through with humorous frequency). She was a graduate of Boston College, an art history major. Her vocation as a flight attendant for over three decades took her all over the world. She studied and taught yoga with passion and a contagious spirituality. She gave to her community at the Animal Shelter and the Islands Museum of Art. She was a giver…not a taker… to people, animals and nature. She was the embodiment of love. The peace that she spread is now the peace she will enjoy forever.
