The Friday Harbor Food Bank has received a generous matching donation challenge from David and Karen Kratter.

The Kratters will match every dollar donated to the Food Bank during this holiday season up to $5000.

The Food Bank relies on the generosity of our island residents to help fund the purchase of healthy food for those in need. The Food Bank spends over $15,000 each month on food and serves over 745 households, an average of 1,475 individuals per month! As 2023 comes to a close, the FHFB has served over 500,000 pounds of food to our neighbors in need.

The Food Bank is very grateful for generous donation of the Kratters and your donations to help us meet our goal of $5000 are appreciated! Now is a great time to give! Your donated dollars will go twice as far!
