Two Tigers little league football teams brought home the North Cascade Youth Football League division championship trophies on Nov. 12. The peewees winnings came under the leadership of Kelly Martinez, Rob Ross and Steve Parker and the freshman were coached by Casey Anderson and Shawn Kleine.
The peewee team lost one game all season by one point and the freshman were undefeated.
The last time a NCFYL title was won by a Friday Harbor team was in 2007 and this is the first year a Tiger Peewee team has won a championship.
The peewees defeated Darrington 41/7.
The freshman defeated LaConner 34/0.
