A group of islanders has started once again, since the last Trump administration, for the local Indivisible San Juan Islands. All invited! As you know, a peaceful protest is set across all 50 states this Tuesday, March 4, at noon, local time in Friday Harbor. Meet at the Courthouse Lawn with your signs!

“Indivisible is a grassroots movement of thousands of local Indivisible groups that seeks to elect progressive leaders, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda,” according to the Indivisible website, http://indivisible.org. The group calls for individuals to contact their representatives and make their concerns known.

“Every single member of Congress must be forced to take a side. Will they stand with working people or with the billionaires looting the country? Remind them that it’s Elon or us, but it can’t be both,” the website states.
