Kids of all ages filled their needs for speed at Island Rec’s newest event, The Hill of Thrills Soap Box Race, this past Saturday, May 21. Thrill seekers raced their homemade non-motorized contraptions in this classic ‘gravity’ race down Park street from Marguerite to Price streets.
