Federal agencies under the microscope at Salish communities roundtable, potluck

Hosted by Friday Harbor's Citizens of the Core, the roundtable discussion and potluck, Thursday, at Brickworks, 5-7 p.m., will include presentations by representatives of several Whidbey Island-based grass-roots citizen groups.

Putting a stop to government and military encroachment, and holding federal agencies accountable will be the topic of a roundtable forum and potluck, Thursday, March 13, 4-7 p.m., at Brickworks.

Hosted by Friday Harbor’s Citizens of the Core, the forum will include presentations by representatives of several Whidbey Island-based grass-roots citizen groups; Whidbey Noise Coalition, Citizens of Ebey’s Reserve and Concerned Island Citizens.

Also presented as part of the forum will be a screening of a film by Mark Dworkin entitled “Ebey’s Reserve Video.”
