Mark your calendar. The second annual Friday Harbor Film Festival will again feature documentaries that explore life in the Pacific Ocean and Pacific Rim, but the date of this year’s Film Fest is different than a year ago, about three weeks later.
The 2014 Film Festival, a three-day cinematic tour de force, is Nov. 7-9. The lineup selected so far include, “Chasing Ice,” “Following the Ninth: in The Footsteps of Beethoven’s Final Symphony,” and the award-winning “Pirate for the Sea.”
Next up in the Festival’s Tuesday night film series is “Good Food,” which showcases the story behind a resurgence of small farms in the Pacific Northwest.
Showtime is 7 p.m., at the Grange Hall; admission by donation.
