Sunday, April 27, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Wolf Hollow Wildlife Rehabilitation Center invites the community to celebrate readiness for the busy spring wildlife season at their Open House this Sunday. Meet the team, connect with fellow island wildlife lovers, and experience a once-a- year behind the scenes look at what it takes to make a difference in the lives of wild animals. Learn from our experts the latest research and information about ways we can all participate in assuring the well-being of the abundant wildlife of the San Juan Islands. The event offers facility tours, raffles and BBQ, wildlife education and more. For the safety of the current patients, wildlife will not be available for viewing at this event. Visitors can arrive at any time yet are encouraged to RSVP for tour times either online or by calling 360-378-5000.
