The accompanying portrait is study of a Madonna by world-renowned artist and inventor of 3D pavement art, Kurt Wenner.

Wenner will conduct two public events at San Juan Community Theatre beginning Saturday, March 12. On Saturday, at 3:30 p.m., will discuss his art and work in a talk entitled “Reawakening the Renaissance.” Admission includes entry to the Artist Reception, immediately following the presentation. 

The following day, Wenner will hold a live drawing demonstration at the theater beginning at 2 p.m. An image by Michelangelo will be projected and accompanied by a live-feed camera on Wenner’s hand as he demonstrates how the Old Masters created their work.
