Soroptimist International of Friday Harbor currently has two post-secondary educational awards available to San Juan County women.

A $2,500 Educational Opportunity Award is open to applicants who are already accepted or enrolled in a vocational training program, certification program, or a university/college program.

A $3,000 Fellowship Award is available to qualified women who are currently attending or have been accepted into a graduate school program.

The deadline for application submission is Feb.16.
