Join emergency responders from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mullis Street fire station for the community safety fair. Special events as follows:

• A live, rescue demo at noon
• Free hot-dogs, refreshments
• Airlift Northwest helicopter
• Coloring contest, with entries due by 2 p.m.
• Hazard house demo
