It was a hot day at the 2016 San Juan County Fair as a 4-H member walks a horse under a sprinkler on the eastern side of the barn.
During the week of March 20, D.N. Kinsey filed an appeal that stopped the scheduled demolition of the San Juan County Fairgrounds horse barn, sponsored by the county parks and fair department. Here are contributed photos, by Kinsey, of the horse barn, county fair and state fair over the years.
