Record number of islanders participate in Earthquake preparedness

More than 1,300 islanders participated in last week’s ShakeOut earthquake exercise — the most ever. That includes school districts, government departments, businesses, non-profits, and families and individuals. Thanks to everyone who signed up and spent a few minutes thinking about getting ready for the inevitable quake.
