The next Know Your Island Walk from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, will be guided by intrepid hikers Dave Zeretzke and Bill Severson. Participants will meet at the parking area at the corner of Roche Harbor and West Valley roads and walk up through Roche Harbor Highlands and up the back (north) side of Young Hill to the top.

This is a longer walk than usual — and the trials will likely be very wet after the winter rains. Dogs on leash welcome please bring mutt bags.

All walks take place rain or shine.
