Well hello, and Happy Holidays! My names Marilyn, though my friends call me The Golden Pearl, and I kinda like that. By friends I mean the posse of K9s that traveled way across the country with me all the way from Texas on the Project Freedom Ride, we had a blast!

I love singing, heck I belong on a stage, I tell ya nothing ruffles this ladies feathers ‘cept maybe other cats… y’see I prefer the company of humans as a general rule… Oh and I do have a sensitive side, with a bit of a sensitive stomach to match. If you would like to meet me, come on down to the Friday Harbor Animal Shelter, I might even sing a song for y’all!
