Behind every amazing show at San Juan Community Theatre are the technicians that make sure those on stage are seen and heard. If you have ever been curious about what it takes to be on the sound crew during a show, then this workshop is for you! Find out all about sound from running cables, choosing microphones, analog vs digital, sound design, QLab programming, digital signal processing, and running sound boards during a show. This free workshop will explore the differences between live musicians, staged plays, and presentations. A special emphasis will be placed on using SJCT equipment like our PreSonus soundboard and new digital stage boxes. All levels welcome but sign up now as space is limited! Registration is available online at www.sjctheatre.org or you can call our Box Office at 360-378-3210.
