The America Legion has been a part of the San Juan County Fair since the beginning. We are one of two privately owned booths on the fairgrounds, the other being the 4H Rambler building.

The SJC Fair Burger Booth is the largest fundraiser for the American Legion Auxiliary. We provide support to Veterans and their families and scholarships to graduating seniors each year. We give back all year to others, it is now time to put some money into updating the burger booth inside and out. When we improve the building, we will be able to use it more often to raise more money to give back to the community.

We plan to expand our footprint by 4’, new roof, doors and order/pick-up windows. We have the best burgers at the fair, now it’s time to look that way!

All donations are greatly appreciated! If we are able to get $1000.00 in donations, the SJI Cares Fair Giving Campaign will match the $1000.00.

Donations will be accepted Thursday, Aug. 15, through Sun. Aug. 18.
