Voting YES for the Fire Levy Lift is crucial. Years of insufficient funding and lack of resource planning has resulted in a dire financial situation for our fire district. The increased funding from the levy lift will: allow the department to hire more staff resulting in better response times and potentially lower insurance costs for us, help the department maintain the equipment we have now as well as plan for replacing it as needed, increase training possibilities for volunteers, increase programs for homeowners on essential fire safety improvements, strengthen the cross agency programs that create a strong web of support for the community .

When we need help, we depend on the fire department to support us. Now we need to support them to be the best and strongest they can be. Our lives depend on it.
