Dear Town Council,

Given that our town is suffering from a lack of affordable housing, given that the Home Trust has been at the forefront of creating affordable housing, and given that it appears the town is revising an already agreed-upon building permit granted to the Home Trust, I sincerely hope you will reconsider adding another $300,000 in street improvements to their completed project.

We all recognize the need for affordable housing. We all lament the cost of housing in the county. All businesses are struggling to hire employees and retain them with the number one reason being the cost of housing. I urge you to be part of the solution and not add additional expenses at this time.
