Kindly inform all County Council members as well as Solid Waste management that initiating a recycling fee is the wrong way to go and definitely unacceptable.

Although this is management’s usual method, raising such fees is not sound and is contrary to Ecology and economical standards. Solving the initial problems of Solid Waste handling has been absent for

too many years. Let the managers get back to work and earn their salaries.
