Friday Harbor Chocolates features the finest and most decadent chocolate truffles, bonbons, caramels, toffees and other handcrafted confections created by award-winning chocolatiers from the Northwest, including Washington and Oregon. The confections are sold by the piece and they create beautiful, wrapped gift boxes upon request. Valentine specialty confections are available through Valentine’s Day week. They also sell gluten and dairy-free confections. The grand opening is Tuesday, Feb. 7 at 255 Spring Street.
