Fund-raising workshop for non-profits Feb. 23 at San Juan Center

Tuition is $69.

Schwartzberg is director of development for the U.W. Friday Harbor Labs and is on the faculty of the Fund Raising School at Indiana University’s Center on Philanthropy.
