The King’s High School Choir will be joined by the group Living Faith for a performance Saturday, May 4, at Friday Harbor Presbyterian Church, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Led by director Bobby Olson, the vocal groups will perform a variety of music, including classical, gospel, world music and spirituals.
The King’s High School Choir, a mixed ensemble of students in grades 9-12, has been performing in Friday Harbor since 1996. Living Faith, which received first place awards this year at the Reno Jazz Festival and the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, is a select vocal group accompanied by a student rhythm section.
