San Juan County’s Department of Community Development seeks a qualified consultant to develop a shoreline user guide for the county in accordance with the Washington State Shoreline Management Act and the San Juan County Shoreline Master Program.

The plan will include the development of 60% and 90% drafts and a final editable and digital version of the final user guide. The consultant must have immediate availability and relevant experience. All submittals must be received by 4:30 pm on Friday, April 19, 2024.
