Attention Friday Harbor wrestling families! Tuesday, Nov. 14 is the first practice of the 2023-2024 wrestling season.

Practices will be at the fairground pavilion on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

For those who have previously wrestled for Ascent Friday Harbor, please get USA wrestling cards updated. Wrestlers will not be able to practice without them.

Reach out to coaches Lance Bison, Tarvis Berwald or Curt Olson for questions. Ascend Wrestling Academy Friday Harbor is excited to start the season and can not wait to welcome all wrestlers on Nov. 14.
