Lori (Pokrandt) Liddle passed away on Feb. 2 from pancreas and liver cancer.

She was a resident of Friday Harbor San Juan Island for 20 years.

Lori Ann Liddle, age 61, died peacefully in Bellevue, Washington, surrounded by her family.

Lori was born in Iron River, MI to Patrick and Diane Pokrandt. When she was young, the family moved to Port Edwards, WI where she and her three siblings were raised. She graduated from John Edwards High School and attended UW Eau Claire. She was a CPA by training but spent most of her working life in direct marketing, eventually co-founding Chasing Fireflies in 2005.

Lori was fortunate to retire more than ten years ago and since then, has spent her time volunteering in her community at the Ronald McDonald House Meal Program twice a week and was recognized as the “Person of the Year in 2022.” Lori also served as the PCO Membership Chair of the 41st Legislative District for the Washington Democrats.

She was kind, thoughtful, fun, tenacious, hard-working, and honorable. She did her best every single day and loved her people fiercely. In short, she was amazing and we were the luckiest to have her.

Lori will be greatly missed by her husband of 33 years, David, her 3 children, Callie (Jeff), Molly (Kevin), and Riley (Sierra), her 7 grandchildren, Liam, Nora, Ezra, Zoey, Gus, Jaxson, and Lola, her beloved dog, Huey and many other family and friends.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
