Driving past the museum, SJIMA, I looked into the glass atrium and it looked grey and lonely. On a whim, I pulled into the parking area and went in. A spur-of-the-moment move.
The galleries are full of light radiating works on the walls which defy categories such as abstract or representational. To me, the jewel of the show is in the atrium hidden from outside eyes behind the wall. It is a video work: Post-modern modern dance? Go see it!
