I would like those who govern us to explain:
When we overstay our time in a downtown parking spot (inconveniencing only a few), we are issued a citation.
But when we fail to wear a required face mask (potentially exposing others to a virus capable of exponential growth), no enforcement action is taken.
It makes no sense.
