If I might take up a moment of your time I would like to introduce myself. My name is Adelaide, named after a city my Mother once visited far away on the other side of the sea.
Life’s travels have led us to this island and the lavender farm in the valley, where we have spent a very pleasant summer chasing butterflies and sniffling flowers. Now winter is here, the weather has turned cold, and these lovely people at the Animal Shelter have taken us in.
I love my feline friends but I am quite shy and I’m finding it hard to step out from under the table and introduce myself to the lovely people who come to visit. My holiday wish is a warm lap and a happy family to call my own.
