To the people of Friday Harbor:

My family and I are very grateful for the concern and help offered us following the death of my husband, Ramsay Milne.

Many friends provided meals, sent flowers and cards and generally offered great comfort in our time of need. I was touched by the great tributes paid him — he would have enjoyed reading them!

I would like to offer my special thanks to the members of the EMS for their calm, prompt and professional services.

It is a privilege to be living in such a supportive community.
