Curtis Frink | Obituary

Curtis Frink, age 56, left us to go to a better place, peacefully surrounded by his loving family on April 28, 2016. Curt was born in Marysville, California on June 10, 1959. Always a happy and loving child, he was fond of making others laugh and developed a love and talent for music at an early age. As a teenager he played in a band and con - tinued to entertain others throughout his life. He was a loyal and true friend to all who knew him. An infec - tious laugh and humor were trademarks of his, as well as his talent in the kitchen. He worked as an electri - cian but his real loves were music and cooking. No one left his home without hav - ing been fed. He left Friday Harbor after graduating in 1976, but returned to the island years later to live in his favorite place. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Lauristion and Stella Frink, Gifford and Mildred Teel, and his beloved big brother Steven Frink. He will be severely missed by all those he left behind, his parents Cal and Claudia Buck, his father Duane and wife Joan, the mother of his children Joy Hall, his four precious boys Chris, (wife Angela) Codi, Caleb, and Kennedy, His siblings Kip (Faith), Cam (Julie), Kathy (Clark), Kim (Steve), Cindi (Bill), and Kelle (Gene), his special friend Michelle and numer - ous friends. HEAVEN NOW HAS ANOTHER MUSICIAN PLAYING THERE. A memorial service cel - ebrating Curt's life will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at The Brickworks, 150 Nichols Street, Friday Harbor, WA 98250.
